What is WWHM?

WWHM is a tracker for iPhone. It handles intermittent fasting, daily rep counts, days-since streaks, and Apple Health stats in one app.

What can I track with it?

Four kinds of thing: intermittent fasting with a start/stop timer, daily counts like push-ups or squats, days-since streaks such as alcohol or sugar, and read-only Apple Health metrics like steps, sleep, and weight.

Is my data private?

WWHM has no account and no servers. Your data stays on your device, and Apple Health data is read-only.

Does it work on Apple Watch?

An Apple Watch companion with a fasting timer is in development.
