WWHM is built to keep your information on your device. This policy explains what that means in plain terms.
Nothing. WWHM has no account, no sign-in, and no servers. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind.
Everything you enter — fasts, counts, days-since dates, goals, and which trackers you've added — is stored only on your device (and synced to your paired Apple Watch, when that companion is available, directly between your devices). It never reaches us, because we have no servers to receive it.
If you add a Health tracker, WWHM asks your permission to read the specific metric you choose (such as steps, active energy, exercise minutes, resting heart rate, or weight) from Apple Health. This access is read-only and used solely to display the value inside the app. WWHM does not write to Apple Health, and this data is never transmitted off your device. You can revoke access at any time in the Health app under Sharing.
WWHM is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
